The Whizz app offers a convenient way to navigate New York City on e-bikes. Whether you're commuting, looking for some fun, or running a delivery business, Whizz has got you covered. Simply sign up for a monthly subscription, select your plan, and pick up your e-bike at one of our locations.

We also have a rent-to-own program available, allowing you to become the owner of an e-bike after a year.

Here are some of the benefits you can enjoy with our e-bikes:

- No deposits or activation fees
- No mileage limits
- If your e-bike breaks down, we provide free repairs within 30 minutes or an immediate exchange
- Our team of experts, known as "whizzards," is available to assist you with any issues you may encounter

To ensure your comfort while riding, we provide all the necessary equipment, including a sturdy u-lock, spacious basket, reliable phone mount, anti-theft bike alarm system, and backpack (subject to availability).

For an even more convenient rental experience, we offer additional services:

- Protection plan: For just $29 per month, in case of theft or damage, you will only be responsible for paying 50% of the cost of the damage.
